Guy and Odette TAUATITI received three silver medals in 2010, 2011 and 2012, for the quality of their vanilla production.
Their small pods, characterized by a very strong aroma and fruity flavors, represent the utmost quality, the quintessence of Tahitian vanilla, are very typical of the “tahitensis” species. As far as we are concerned, we expect their productions to amaze and delight us more and more in the future. But this “grand cru” is already a valuable one to taste at home !
To put it in a nutshell, quality is a constant feature characterizing their production, and their vanilla, when the fatty acids present in the oily pods have freed their subtle aromas, wonderfully enhances all kinds of dishes and desserts made of vanilla.
