Red tuna Chaud-Froid

Ingredients

- 1 kg red tuna
- 1 kg rice and various vegetables
- 1 vanilla pod
- Provencal herbs
- Olive oil
- Mint leaves

Directions

Cook the rice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare your vegetables, carrots, sweet potatoes, or others… Bring them to boil. In the meantime, place tuna in a baking pan, and sprinkle it with Provencal herbs and pour olive oil on it. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise, divide it into two halves and place them on tuna. Bake for about ten minutes. When the cooking time is over, you can cut tuna into slices as though it were a roast.
