Macadamia and vanilla sauce

Macadamia and vanilla sauce


- One chopped vanille pod
- 200g macadamia
- 200g walnut oil
- 150g raspberry vinegar
- 1 shallot
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- 2 lemon zests
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ½ sugar
- Salt


Blend all the ingredients together in an electric blender until you get a smooth mixture. Sieve the sauce and leave it to cool in the refrigerator until you use it.
