Vanilla-flavored coconut pie

Vanilla-flavored coconut pie


- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 2 cups of milk
- 200 g grated coconut


First of all, prepare a short crust pastry. The latter is very easy to make. Once it is ready and spread on a baking pan, sprinkle the pastry with grated coconut. Then, blend all the ingredients detailed previously together and pour that mixture on the pastry. Bake for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
