Rapid delivery

Delivery costs and methods:
The delivery costs are all-inclusive prices, concerning metropolitan France, and they include the packing costs as well as the delivery charge via Colissimo R1 of La Poste. The price is 8,20 € for a maximal weight of 0,5 kg + 1,30 € to send the parcel as a recorded delivery with an acknowledgment of receipt versus signature (9,50 €), the price is 9,60 € + 1,30 € concerning a weight above 0,5 kg  and inferior to 1kg (10,90 €). The delivery costs abroad are defined in accordance with the prices of Colissimo International. The latter are determined according to 4 delivery areas in the world, each of them characterized by a particular price. 

Deliveries are achieved by Colissimo registered post in metropolitan France and by Colissimo International or Chronopost International in the case of other destination countries abroad. Delivery is achieved as soon as the item is in the hands of the client and it is materialized by the signature of an acknowledgement of receipt. The period of preparation of the orders is between 1 and 3 days after validation of your payment. If ever the client is absent on the delivery day, a calling card will be left into his or her mailbox with the contact details of the delivery department written on it. 

The delivery deadlines, excepted the period of preparation of the orders, are between 48 and 72 hours concerning metropolitan France, between 3 and 5 days for Europe and between 10 to 14 days for the rest of the world.

As a customer, you can have at your disposal, on the internet, an access to a monitoring service concerning your Colissimo and Chronopost sendings via La Poste. That free service enables you to control the progress of your parcel as well as its probable delivery date at your home or, more generally, at the registered address.   

The follow-up of your order in the section « my account »
It is possible for you to check the progress of your order. You just have to click on the section “my account”, at the bottom of the page, to the left of the order details, you will see the word Status : follow-up of the progress of your order.

There are 5 status :

Unpaid :
Your payment has not been validated yet, neither by Paypal, depending on the mode of payment previously chosen (a Paypal account or by bank card) nor by our bank in case of a banking transfer or a bank check.
Paid :
Your payment was validated by Paypal or by our bank. We will thus begin to prepare your order.
Order processing:
Your order is being prepared.
Sent :
Your order has been sent to your delivery address via Colissimo or Chronopost International. An e-mail will be sent to you by the end of the day (French hours) in order to provide you with the delivery number of your parcel and the web-link thanks to which you will be able to control the progress of the delivery achieved by our carrier: La Poste. Cancelled : Your order was cancelled either by Paypal or by our bank. Nothing has been debited from your bank account.

The progress of your parcel :

Once you are informed about the Colissimo or Chronopost follow-up number of your parcel, you can also control its progress from our premises to your delivery address. Here is the web-site dedicated to the follow-up of your order via La Poste: It will indicate to you where exactly is your parcel.
